How much is a room at Oikos CoLiving?
Every room is the same price; the best rooms go to whoever books first. For current rates,
chat us on WhatsApp. You will be answered directly by the owner.
What is included in the rent?
A private room with ensuite bathroom + water heater, AC, 160×200 queen bed, work desk & chair, Android TV with Netflix, 500 Mbps WiFi, smart lock, weekly cleaning + fresh bedsheets, shared kitchen, laundry area, and motorbike parking. Room electricity is on your own meter (pay as you use).
Where is Oikos CoLiving located?
In Taman Griya, Jimbaran, Kuta Selatan. Jl. Nuansa Udayana Utara II No.29, next to Club Jimbaran. About 7 minutes to Nusa Dua/ITDC, 5 to GWK, 15 to the airport. Food, minimarkets, and a gym are a short walk away.

Is it close to Udayana University?
Yes. Udayana University Bukit Jimbaran campus and Bali State Polytechnic are about 10–15 minutes by motorbike. Many of our tenants are students and professionals working around Jimbaran and Nusa Dua.
How fast is the WiFi? Good for remote work?
A dedicated 500 Mbps line shared by just 10 rooms. Smooth for video calls, streaming, and remote work; many tenants work from their room or the rooftop daily.
How long can I stay?
Flexible: daily, weekly, and monthly stays are all available. Ask us on WhatsApp for availability and rates.
How do I view a room first?
Can partners or guests stay over?
Rooms are designed for one tenant; guest and overnight rules are set out in the house rules. Ask us on WhatsApp before booking so everything is clear upfront.
What about parking?
Covered, secure motorbike parking inside the gate. Cars can park in the surrounding neighbourhood.
Why rent directly from the owner?
No middlemen and no agent markup: you chat directly with the owner, get fast answers, and the price you see is the real price.
